Problems with dedicated server cs:source

Hi @ all here's my problem i've been searching for a solution since yesterday, and still have the same problem... Can some1 help me with this? Thanks a lot:

Auto detecting CPU
Using SSE2 Optimised binary.
Auto-restarting the server on crash
Updating server using Steam.
Checking bootstrapper version ...
Updating Installation
No username supplied or previously set
di feb 1 11:54:37 CET 2005: Steam Update failed, ignoring.

Console initialized.
Network: IP 127.0.0.1, mode MP, dedicated Yes, ports 27016 SV / 27006 CL
Attempted to create unknown entity type event_queue_saveload_proxy!
Game .dll loaded for "Counter-Strike: Source"
maxplayers set to 16
couldn't exec mani_server.cfg
couldn't exec bot.cfg
Executing dedicated server config file
couldn't exec server.cfg
Adding master server 207.173.177.11:27011
Adding master server 207.173.177.12:27011

This is what i get when i start it up like this:

./srcds_run -console -game cstrike +map de_dust +maxplayers 16 -autoupdate

ok, add -steamuser yoursteamuserhere -steampass yoursteampasshere for the auto update or you can add -remember_password when you run ./steam. are you behind a router? if so add +ip and use your internal IP

Nyea, but the question is how do i find that ip? i'm just a user on that comp... have no root.. nothing, just want that cs:s server 2 work.. but i'm newbie in linux... i've had cs server and that worked fine, no lag, but we changed from provider = other ip .. And i don't know the new ip :s how do i search it?

is the a managed server? or is it like a linux shell? and edu box? or what?

Talk to your host about an ip, and if there is an internal IP.
