titles.txt ? help!

hi, i just found a txt file called titles in the cstrike folder, and i know i can change the in server, titles, but i dont know how to change this:


Cant_buy

#Cstrike_TitlesTXT_Cant_buy
}


i mean the #Cstrike_TitlesTXT_Cant_buy where to find this and change it?

Never seen that before. It could have been produced by a certain custom map you have on the server or a mod.
Let us know what mods and custom maps you have and we might be able to help.

hi, i just downloaded hlds from steampowered.com for windows, and there are a file called titles.txt, like i can change the radio command, when some1 says Cover me, so you can se it at danish, thats not some plugins or other stuff, just something from the hlds.
