Map switching causes client to hang

Question 
Alright, first, thanks to all of the well-written tutorials, documentation and helpful persons on these forums, I haven't had to post at all until now. Thanks to all the information this site has provided I've gotten my dedicated server up and running with the map I created and am hoping to get some feedback on it soon. (HL2DM, IP 67.160.125.193)

The only problem I've had so far that I have had no luck finding solutions to is the server is on a time limit of 60 minutes, then it reloads the map (it is the only map listed in the mapcycle.txt). At the end of the 60 minutes, the server switches maps, and all the clients connected are sent to the loading screen with the message "Server is changing maps..." However even after the server has completed changing maps, the clients do not load. Upon reconnect the client will be right back into the game with the fresh load of the map. I just can't figure out why the clients don't start loading into the map once the server has completed loading it.

Any ideas?

Will provide more info as needed.

Does the server crash at mapchange? Look for .mdmp files in the server root dir.

There are two mdmp files in the server root directory.

Looking at the console I've seen the server has been successfully switching maps without error. It only seems to have problems with it when there are clients currently in the game. As I said when this happened, the server console showed the completed level change, though all clients were still stuck at "Server is changing maps" screen and had to issue a reconnect command to get back in. However since there are two crash files I will make a guess that the server crashes upon level switching when there are clients connected, the .bat file restarts the server, and clients are left hanging, but upon a reconnect command, get right back in? Even if that is the case, I'm still not sure how to fix it..

Is there any way to get more information from the mdmp files other than time and date?

Does the server switch normal maps good? Of so, fix the custom map.

I'll have to check on that.

However just tested the map switch again and the server did NOT crash during the map switch operation, though the clientside result is the same, hanging at "Server is changing level" indefinetly (eventually it will time out.) Will check with normal maps and post the results.

Edit-> I've tried it with dm_lockdown and overwatch and the result is the same. The map seems to make no difference.

rerun the update tool and disable all mods
