server command lines wont work?

ok so i started my server after i checked for an update (didn't need to update) so i started it up and notice i have to put all my commands in manually (at the console screen) example i have my lan server set up as

C:\HLserver\srcds.exe -console -game cstrike +sv_lan 1 +fps_max 600 +map de_dust2 +maxplayers 20 +ip 192.168.1.100 -port 27016 -nomaster

and none of thes will apply to the server am stumped

hmm u can try rebooting but i guess thats all i can think of.. dont know why its not working..

What is that -nomaster line supposed to do?, never heard of that command.

nomaster is supposed to stop the SRCDS connection to the master server for LAN games.

ah ok well then i don't notice a problem in the command line.. must have just needed a reboot or something.

well as of now it just started working dont know why but atleast its working
