the only thing is said what i needed to update my server and

it keep saying "est_removeidle" % "est_deleteragdolls"

Not sure what those are, but doing a little research, they look like scripts that are most likely running in your autoexec.bat. Maybe try and remove the two est_removeidle and est_deleteragdolls from your autoexec.bat and try again.

i have backups of all of my server files do u think i should install them one by one and run my server each time to see if they will work

Allways trie first if the server works without mods before asking...

Yeah wouldn't hurt I suppose. I would comment out all your mods for now, see if the server comes up and works. Then uncomment each mod/plugin out one at a time. Are you loading anything extra in your server.cfg?

i am running a server from scratch and it works fine

im going to add my mods one by one like i said
