Quick update problem

I dont have an srcds.exem i have the cstrike folder and the hldsupdatetool but not the srcds.exe, im trying to update to see if it downloads but when i try to do it with the following command line:

Quote:hldsupdatetool -command update -game "Counter-Strike Source" -dir c:\srcds2

It says:

Quote:Failed to create directory c:\srcds2\cstrike\vgui\tmp Win32 Error 2 "The system cannot find the file specified."

Can anyone help?
