Spray problems and TK ?

It seems that no one in my server can see other peoples sprays unless they have downloaded them onto their system. I have this command in my server.cfg.

decalfrequency 10

Anyone familiar with this? What am I missing here?

Also, is there a way to enable a TK forgive option, rather than automatically killing a TK'er? And are there other penalty options besides killing the TK'er for a round? Sometimes FF is a bitch and someone just steps on the wrong grenade. My only guess on this one is that it can only be done with an admin mod, but I'm curious if anyone might know something.

In your server.cfg file you need to set the following cvars:-

sv_allowdownload 1
sv_allowupload 1

This allows the client to up load their spray, and then the other players to subsequently download it.

As far as the TK forgive as far as I'm aware this can't be done without installing an admin plugin. This isn't a difficult thing to do though. The plugin I use is the minimum admin mod by bettlefart and you can have a look at it here.
