Massive Question Topic

Hey everyone! Im kinda neewbie in this part os CSS, so im here to ask u guys a couple of questions.

Iv'e made a dedicated server of my own, and installed Mani admin Plugin, the questions tat im about to make are about Mani and the server itself.

1st - I wanted to know how to give just certain permission to some admins, i know how to give them full acess but i wanted to give some of them just player management and Map change, btw i have 1.2 beta version so i use clients.txt instead of the regular adminlist.txt.

2nd - Ive downloaded n installed Mani Quake Sounds from the site but i cant get them to work. I've seen my mani server cfg n i have there the "exec mani_quake_sounds.cfg", ive also checked my mani_quake_sounds.cfg n i enabled the sounds cause they were disabled. Still cant get them to work, i tried to type quake n settings in game but doesnt work. Any suggestion?

3rd - This probably is a simple 1 but i dont know how to do it lol.. Where the hell do i edit my motd???? I've searched almost all files but didnt saw where it waslol xD (n00b)

4th - My Rcon list came with a few Options such like Add Bot, but this Add bot adds a bot randomly to each side of teams, how do i add a bot only to T or to CT? ive tried add_bot_t and add_bot_ct but it started loading stuff as "sampling walkable space" wth is tat?

5th - What is the command to turn off and on Team Balancer?

6th - How can i make a Rcon command to restart rounds?? Reseting all money, kills deaths and time.

7th - This is the Last one i think.. How do i enable or make War Mode?? For scrims.. =/

1./ Yes you can do it you need to set up admin groups... Kind of hard to explain...http://www.wildfireclan.co.uk/?act=maniclients... that's an online admin generator... Create 2 groups, 1 for yourself 1 for others. Name one "god" for example and one "jesus" you give yourself "god" rights which will be able to do everything and give others "jesus" and you can limit what "jesus" options do.

2./Have you got exec mani_admin.cfg at the bottem of your server.cfg?

3./Your MOTD.txt is under C:\srcds\cstrike\motd.txt if not there create it

4./ When it's sampling walking space it's making a .nav file for your map so the bots can move around etc... This is how I create my .nav files... Load up my srcds via command prompt and add a map i havn't got a .nav file for (for example zm_office) so I put in +map zm_office... I then type in the source console... "nav_analyze" (no quotes)... It will make a new .nav file... One you've done that restart your srcds and it should say "Downloading zm_office.nav" then you can add bots... Yes add_bot_ct and add_bot_t are the right commands (you may need to use rcon commands eg. rcon add_bot_ct/rcon add_bot_t)

5./put mp_limitteams 10 into your server.cfg... This will mean you can have 10 more people on one team before it autobalances... (you can raise the number)

6./The rcon command to restart the game is funnily enough
rcon mp_restartgame 2 that will restart the game in 2 seconds...

7./I think you mean matties script addons yes? well search his site theres a forum about it here
