Showing Up on Server Lists

I run a dedicated Windows server. How do I get the server to show up on the Steam browser that lists all the available servers? I can't find a command on the server.cfg anywhere. Any help would be appreciated.

if you are behind a router, you need to open up/forward all the ports listed here:

if not, then it takes a bit sometimes to show up, plus there has been issues lately with the browser.
