Computer Specs: How many players can I hold?

AMD Athlon64 X2 3800+ AM2 2GHz
1GB of DDR2 RAM PC4200
Upload speed - A max of 512Kbps. Usually 471 upload speed. (http://www.speakeasy.net/speedtest)
Download Speed - According to shaw - speeds up to 5Mbps. Unfortunately, I cannot even reach 1mbps LOL!
How many players can I hold with this shit?

A Server Checker

For some reason my server will crash when it has only been up for about 10 minutes. It also crashes when I run burn/slap commands to anyone on my server with MANI. It comes up with this error.. And since I don't have my server ATM I cannot give you guys the error message. Is there a way that I can get my hands on something that will restart it after crash and will click the OK in the error message so it actually restarts. It doesn't restart with the srcds.bat until I click the OK message. I play on the same COMP.. =(
I am setting up a server ATM. Once finished I may be looking for admins. PM me if interested.

what's your upload speed? that will affect your number of slots more than your machine right now.

go here: http://www.serverwiki.org/index.php/Advanced_Tickrate#Server_Bandwidth_Calculation_for_Dummies

it shows a chart of rate vs slots vs bandwidth just match the chart and you're set

Anything easier than that? Can you give me an average?

???? dude how old are you? it's a basic x vs y chart. it doesn't get any easier than that, go to the chart labeled "Maximum theoretical sv_maxrate value you can run for a given upload speed" you say your upload is 471kb, say overhead is 10% so we can use 425Kb. that's in between the 384 and 512Kb so you can adjust your rates accordingly.

read the chart, it says theoretical max so you may be able to squeeze a couple more slots in or just use the 512Kb values. play on the same machine and it's going to lag everyone out so i wouldn't even try it.
