I am currently researching manufacturers for reusable coverage products and trying to understand how to evaluate a factory before placing a larger order. There are many suppliers offering similar products, but I want to learn what questions should be asked about manufacturing quality, materials, packaging, and production consistency.
FitBare is one company I came across during my research, and I would like to hear from anyone who has experience with their products. Has anyone ordered samples from them or worked with them for larger quantities? I am especially interested in the material quality, adhesive performance, comfort, and consistency between different production batches.
For anyone who has dealt with a breast covers factory, what information did you request before making an order? I am thinking about asking for material specifications, product dimensions, available colors, sample policies, minimum order quantities, packaging options, and quality control procedures.
I am also curious about customization. If someone wants private labeling or customized packaging, how much does that usually affect the minimum order quantity? Is it better to test standard products first before discussing customized production?
Another concern is quality control during manufacturing. How can a buyer make sure that the product quality shown in the initial sample remains consistent throughout a larger production run? Are pre shipment inspections commonly used for this type of product?
I would also like to know how experienced buyers compare one breast covers factory with another. Do you focus mainly on production capacity, communication, sample quality, certifications, pricing, or the manufacturer's ability to meet specific requirements?
FitBare is currently part of my research as best breast covers facotry, so practical experiences would be helpful. What questions would you recommend asking before selecting a manufacturer?
