I’m interested in building a career in clinical research and wanted to understand what skills are most important for beginners. I’ve read that knowledge of clinical trials, ICH-GCP guidelines, pharmacovigilance, regulatory affairs, and clinical data management is essential, but I’m not sure where to start.
Should freshers focus more on theoretical knowledge first, or is practical training and industry exposure more important? Also, what kind of roles are suitable for beginners in this field? I’d really appreciate guidance from experienced professionals on how to enter and grow in the clinical research industry.
