Ok this is werid, yesterday my banlist had:

Quote:banid 0 STEAM_0:1:8775880
banid 0 STEAM_0:0:11852084
banid 0 STEAM_0:0:11899473
banid 0 STEAM_0:1:11865353
banid 0 STEAM_0:1:9928891

and today when i take a look at it it has:

banid 0 STEAM_0:0:10145867
banid 0 STEAM_0:0:11080757
banid 0 STEAM_0:1:9274730

Can anyone explain why?

when any admin with rcon uses a command to unban , via rcon or hlsw it will be removed from this list.

lol im not that stupid, but nobuddy unbanned anyone...

theres no other option. if you write this file it will not be removed.
