Yes the ports are fowarded correctly. Yes people can connect to the server outside my local ip. Yes i've searched the forums and google for an answer before posting. Yes it says "Connection to steam servers successful." And yes, i've checked gametiger after leaving the server up for an entire day. The router i'm using is a Linksys WRT54G v.5, which has the latest firmware. The search function of the forums isn't working, so i couldn't search to see if it was compatible or not. I'm really baffled on why this isn't working, not to mention frustrated. Please help me before i just smash everything. Thanks in advanced.

give me a few things bout your server, like server name, current map and such, and i'll see if i can find it on the steam list. if people can connect to it, im sure everything is good.
Your router is compatible, i run something simular cept its the GS model, only thing different is the speedbooster part, and i hacked mine to run linux. but other than that its the same.

map right now is dust2, ip is snizzles.gotdns.com or 74.133.55.176, whichever you choose. Name of the server is Snizzles CS:S Deathmatch Server.

Hmm, i don't see it on game-monitor or gametiger, weird, do you have any firewalls? My GS has a wall internally is that enabled? are you using software walls suck as windows ICF?

There's no firewalls other than the router. Window's firewall is disabled and this thing is running a fresh install of windows xp pro. The only thing i can think of that's causing this mess is the router.

Unless your ISP filters out the server ports.
Other possibilities: you didn't forward all the ports, your router's firewall isn't allowing the ports to go through with the permission of port forwarding. Have you tried to DMZ your host?

Yeah i tried the DMZ, only thing i haven't tried is bypassing the router completely, i'll give that a try tomorrow, if that doesn't work, then it has to be the isp.

I have the exact same problem, same router but the GS, I am using the DMZ, I have tried everything, ip is 67.81.128.129:27015 and people can connect if I tell the them IP and no problems playing but when I search it with Gametiger, or the Steam Master Server List it does not show and its driving me crazy. If you found a solution pleaseeee let me know.
