Your ip is the LAN ip of the scrds server, you can find this in ipconfig. example:
Ethernet adapter Wireless Network Connection 2:

Connection-specific DNS Suffix . : ri.cox.net
IP Address. . . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.1.102
Subnet Mask . . . . . . . . . . . : 255.255.255.0
Default Gateway . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.1.1

ok, to fix this problem you need to go into tour router options should acess them with 192.168.1.1 in internet search bar.
find either thwe words De-Militarized Zone or the abreviation DMZ.
once u find the DMZ part, make the ip of ur server within the house in the DMZ by changing the ip to the ip of ur server
if you dont know ur servers ip, go onto ur server and open commabd prompt and type in ipconfig and press enter and then it will jhave ur servers ip address, should be 192.168.1.X the Xbeing a 1, 2, or 3 digit number
