Ok, my first question is: If I plug another router into the Uplink plug with it make anything faster for my network/ my ping's lower?

Second: Is there any good remote monitoring tools like Kontrol from srcds?

No plugging another router into the uplink port will not make anything faster. As for remote monitoring tools i have no idea as I hosted mine and was on it all the time and had a couple admins to help me monitor the server.

Well, i'm running a Garry's Mod server, and it's always full. I had a remote administartion tool before but forgot the name .

As for the second router, it'll make things worse as you're adding one more hop to the server. Less hops to the server, the better. For example, heres how many hops i am to one of my servers.
