It doesn't really matter what his upload bandwidth speed is if he's only running one server and nothing else and it seems like that's what he's trying to do. By setting it to 0, the server will automatically limit its download/upload speed.

The rates only come in handy when you host multiple game servers and you don't have enough bandwidth speed.

Thank you so friggin much hollanda +1 to that. And when you set your rates to 0 it doesnt automatically limit them....infact that couldnt be farther from the truth. It makes your rates unlimited.

sv_minrate - Min bandwidth rate allowed on server. Default: 0 (unlimited)
sv_maxrate - Max bandwidth rate allowed on server. Default: 0 (unlimited)

Any forum post exaxxion is in he argues with someone. He would argue with the creators of SRCDS saying they were wrong. I try to walk away but its so damn hard with him.

why would I argue with the creators of srcds? Are you implying that people who made this website work for steam? and what you just said above proves that you are still a teenager. If you've spent time looking for my posts, then you should've found ones that I've devoted my time helping other people. hey but it's ok. I've already gotten over 20 customers as of today from srcds.com. Don't really care what y'all think lol.
