Server Not Responding

Hi,
Just set up server and i can join but other people see it as not responding. I use a router and have forwarded the ports needed but it still doesnt work. Not sure if this is any help but when i join the server myself i get this message in the console

Did you make sure that sv_lan is set to 0?

yeah SV_lan is set to 0. I've also tried it with firewall turned off
