Server.CFG HELP!

Hey i have worked with several cs 1.6 servers and never had this problem. well this is my first source server (its been working fine since it came out) but now i wanna add sv_downloadURL and i cant find server.cfg should i make it myself? and if i do will it be the default cfg just b/c of the name or what. thanks reply asap please.

source does not come with the server.cfg so yes, you will need to make it, i believe even in windows, it should go in srcdsdir/mod/cfg
