Mani admin mod not work?

I've added the
addons, cfg, materials and sound folder and require files that these new dir need to have
but the mani mod still not work

what should i do to activate it?

ps:I control the linux server by net2ftp

In your server.cfg make sure you have
"exec mani_server.cfg"
then for sounds in your mani_server.cfg you need
"exec mani_quake_sounds.cfg"
