Max Ping

Is there a way I can set a maximum ping for when people connect to the server? I keep getting people with 300-800 pings and I feel that it's lagging the server.

Setting sv_minrate to a higher than average amount could well help to root out the hpb's. It isn't guaranteed though.

hbp's don't effect other users lag however.
