srcds

well I followed all the steps by making folder c:\srcds and I installed mani_plugin but I also got a separate folder for steam c:\program files\steam , so when I run dedicated source nothing shows up for mani_plugin or w/e and im wondering what do I got to do to interact with the c:\srcds to the steam folder I dont get it

when i rename the folder "Source dedicated server" and take out the other "Source dedicated server" and run it, it comes up with this...
