Tickrate Settings for me PLZ HELP

Hi can anybody help me with my tickrate settings?
for best preformance?
I am trying for weeks to get it done properly and it wont work!!

My Server pc =

Amd Athlon 64 3000 +
1024 ram (ddr400)
120 gb disk

Connection =

8192 / 1024 Kbps kabel

This are my settings now are these good????
I have tickrate 100 now but i dont know if these are the proper settings

sv_minrate 10000
sv_maxrate 25000
decalfrequency 10
sv_maxupdaterate 100
sv_minupdaterate 30
fps_max 201

PLz help me with it, i cant stand it

What do you mean it wont work? What is happening? How many slots are you running? and why do you have fps_max at 201? Yeah, a bunch of questions. In my opinion, your specs should be able to handle 100tic with 16 slots or so, but some computers have issues. I would put the fps_max to 600 though or more (from experience you will probably only get 510 or so). Another issue I see is with 64 bit....I have seen quite a few posts with people having issues with that. I would search for 64 bit issues here too..

i have an 18 player server and i have read the fpx_max in an post on this server that is wy i set it.
I will set it on 600 and take it a try.

18 players, with max rates at boosted tickrate will use more than 1 mbit upload, so drop players or lower your maxrates.
