Howto retrieve Server Statistics

Im terribly sorry, but i cant get the search function to work on these forums, and ive spent 1-2 hours browsing already...

My question:

How do i retrieve stats and info about the following on my srcds server?

Memory
CPU

Would really like to know that, so i know how far to push the tickrate/maxplayers. Thanks in advance.

sv_stats is on 1 by the way.
