Hi
How come my CPU is spiking like this?
My system is running only 2 SRCDS servers from which have each their own installation folder.
The startlines are as folloing:
Server CFG on botch servers are like following:

I am so lost by now that I have no clue if the problem is SRCDS or the machine or Windows. It is a completely standard installation of Windows Server 2008 R2.
I've tried:
- restarting the network
- forceing a new external IP
- Resinstalling Windows Server 2008 R2
- Reinstalling SRCDS
- Bought new expensive ass router
- Upgraded from 1333 ram to 1600 MHz RAM
- Running different affinity settings
