Can I use this as a start.bat file for my public GMod server

Hello,
am I allowed to use the batch file you provided us here: http://www.srcds.com/db/engine.php?subaction=showfull&id=1097362093 for my public Garry's Mod server as the start.bat file?
Should we give you a credit for it? If so, where?
This question may sound stupid but I am new to this kind of stuff

Anyone? Please, I am new to this kind of stuff and I have no idea if its copyrighted or something.
This is a new user since the old user, agentitay has an DB error when connecting.
