Configuring my first server

I just got my very first game server. It's A Half-Life 2: Deathmatch server. I want it to be a semi high kill server. I just don't know how to get to do thing's i want it to do. like multi-jump, the mag to zoom, spawn protect, unlimited sprint, breathing etc. I don't know how to configure the weapons weapons or gravity, any help in the area would be awesome and I would be extremely greatful.

The best thing for you to do is google it. Try with keywords like "Half life 2 dm server how to set.."

I have googled, i have asked on other forums, seems like no one wants to help or explain. me being a visual learner this is not an easy task. im not sure where things go to make things work right....
