[Gmod] Could not establish connection to steam servers

Hello. To day I got very interesting problem.
Like always I checked my servers through my website, and noticed that there is too little amount of players. I entered the game to join and see maybe something bad happened.
So first gmod does not found sersers in my favorites or history

I tried to use Legacy Browser and after some retries

this changed into this

As you can see no VAC.
I checked console, and found this on server start

and no message on startup like "VAC secure mode is activated".
So I used same IP, Ports, Dedicated server, configs and etc around one year and everything was good until today. I didn't change anything, so if you can please help.

BASIC INFO
Server OS: Ubuntu 12.04.2 server x86_64 LTS
Processor: Intel Xeon E3-1270v3 3500MHz hyperthreaded
Ram: 16GB RAM ECC
Game: Garry's mod

P.S.
Forgot to say, my website see servers and I can connect to them from gmod console or website

Gametracker stopped to see servers too...

One of them, but notice that I did not change anything about 1 year

I tried too add -secure, nothing happened

I fix it, updating insurgency 2 server, which blocked everything, I don't now why. I just forgot that I have ins server
