CS:GO server Run private Clanwar server?

First thing I'll start saying I'm using Debian as my OS.
And got it all installed.
I only have a problem, if i create my own server.cfg it starts lagging really bad.
So i really wants to know how do i set it up so i can load ESL config so it's running like example Faceit or ESEA.
I hope you guys understand what I mean and can help me!
I've added some screenshots off 3 folders i think is the most usefull
This is the command i use to run my server.
./srcds_run -game csgo -console -usercon -tickrate 128 +game_type 0 +game_mode 0 +mapgroup mg_active +map de_dust2

By lag, do you mean Latency/ping lag? Or is this server chopping due to CPU usage?

Get a plugin to run those settings. Maybe something like this: https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=225474
If your server is lagging cause of the settings, when it is because you messed something up in the settings.
