Host CS:GO and CSS at the same time

Is it possible to host a CS:GO dedicated server and a CSS server side by side on the same machine using SteamCMD?
As of now I have a CS:GO server running as it's own user, and I have a CSS server set up as it's own user [both with their own SteamCMD] - but when I run the CSS server after the CS:GO server it says the ports are already in use, uses port 27016 instead and only seems to be available on my local IP [127.0.1.1].
Should I be using the same SteamCMD for both servers? I read the best way to do this is to set them up with the same SteamCMD, but separate server directories [CSGO and CStrike].

It is possible to run multiple servers on the same machine. Have to tried to use two different ports? Like 27015 & 27016?

I have, but it seems to get blocked out or only host locally [127.0.1.1] - making it impossible for others to connect.
And I can host two CS:GO servers without an issue, but once I host a CSS server with the CS:GO it doesn't allow the second host.

I have multiple servers in separate folders like this:

CSGO [27015 portforwarded] -> serverfiles
CSS [27016 portforwarded] -> serverfiles
