Server doesn't start

Hello ,
I launch the start with the command " ./srcds_run -steam_dir steamcmd/ -steamcmd_script steamcmd/steamcmd.sh -console -game cstrike +map de_dust2 -maxplayers 20 -port 27015 -localcser " . And I recive those messages in putty

Did you try to disable your plugins to test for any errors there?

No , I will try right now and come with an edit if it worked or not.
P.SBig Grinidn't tried to take the plugins out .
When i try to start the server with the command "./srcds_run -console -game cstrike -insecure +maxplayers 20 +map de_dust2 +fps_max 0 -tickrate 66 -port 27015 +sv_lan 0" .
