Linux server issue

Hello.

I have installed a gmod server on my dedicated server, but i can't join the server, he said always "Server has not updated to the most recent version."
The server is running on Linux Debian.
I used:

mkdir cmd
cd cmd
wget http://media.steampowered.com/instal...d_linux.tar.gz
tar -xvzf steamcmd_linux.tar.gz
./steamcmd.sh
login anonymous
force_install_dir /home/gmod3/gmod
app_update 4020 validate
exit
./srcds_run -console -game garrysmod +map gm_flatgrass +maxplayers 16

And after that, i can't join the server.

When i open the steam.inf of the server, the patch version is 14.07.10

Is this on a dedi server host(Datacenter) or a Home server?
