Friends can connect, I cannot.

So the problem is, my friends can join my Garry's Mod server but I can't. I'm not running the server on the same computer I'm trying to play on. It also doesn't show up on the master list, so I would like to fix that as well.

Server OS: Windows Vista 32-bit

Ram: 2 GB

Hello, I'm having problems with my Garry's Mod server. I can connect locally, but my friends can't. They have the error message that server is not responding.
