Hi,

For Garry's mod it's not fully depending of your server slots. On a Xeon E3/E5/Core i7 @ +3.5Ghz you can host a 2 slots servers which reach a 100% core CPU using ;-)

Garry's mod use lot of CPU and less memory. For example recently on a 10 slots servers on Xeon E3 @ 3.8ghz with 4 players and 100% core CPU using, the server use ~300MB.

Your computer isn't really designed for host a game server (and you probably want to play too with this computer) but I think you can host a 8/10 slots server and play in same time on your server. It's also depeding of your gamemode configuration (summoning limit).

The better way is trying ;-)
