Garrys Mod server Start.bat crashes seconds after launch

Everytime I launch it it just crashes and launches repeatedly

you need to put in the Line 2 This:

cd C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod

Or:

cd c:\srcds\orangebox
