 It only really applied when Steam first came out. Most of the bugs have been worked out now.

uh, there is still lots of bugs to take of
Really they are never gonna make it when it commes to remove all the bugs. Becouse for each bug fix at least 9 new comes into play

Yes, there are still bugs, but nowhere near as many as when Steam first came out.
