Public is IP other than my ? my public ip is 62.197.196.45 but tf2 say 62.197.239.8

Hi,

You tool probably try only on tcp protocol, set to ALL and not only to UDP in your port forwarding.

Are you sure for your IP adress ? Srcds never use unknow IP adress and your error message is here because you try to bind on an unknow IP.
