Can't find server.cfg

Ram: 16.0 GB (15.2 GB usable)
Game(s): Team Fortress 2
Start Up Command: C:\TF2\srcds.exe -console -game tf -port 27015 +maxplayers 32 +map achievement_idle_noglass
Admin Mods: Sourcemod, Metamod

I had this server up for a day, but after a few hours a problem appeared.

The problem is is that I think it can't find server.cfg as when I open it, it says Team Fortress instead of SoBirth Network [Strange] [32 Slots] like it used to say, it also says something about the ports when I already have them set up. It says the wrong IP as well. Here is a pic of it.

Hi there, ErvinGamez!
I've redden your problem and it actually seems like your server is reading your server.cfg. What I discovered was, that your server don't find the map you've given it. Look at this picture:

Here on the picture you gave your server the map: "achievement_idle_noglass.bsp" and it says: "No such map", which means that your server have no map to start in and results in:
- You cannot join.
- Crashs.
- Or just starts in another map. (Only if dumb map is set up)

Just give it a existing map.
