i am wanna setup a good tf2 server with mvm but it is lagging out.
i read on internet that i need to set his:
sv_maxrate 35000
sv_minrate 20000
sv_minupdaterate 33
sv_maxupdaterate 66
sv_mincmdrate 33
sv_maxcmdrate 66

speedtest.net says ping 7 download 143 upload 146
i am running the server on a core 2 duo cpu 2ghz
the system gots 2 gb ram and uses about 500mb
the cpu usage is about 60%
i am running ubuntu server 14.04 (32bit) lts on it

can someone help me? with this
