SRCDS Screen tearing all of a sudden?

Hello,
I currently run a Garry's Mod sandbox server.
About 2 days ago, I joined my server, and I noticed the weapon in my hand was suffering horrid screen tearing. Essentially the rendering of the physgun/weapon was glitching out.

I have deduced that it is my server's issue because this doesn't happen on any other server I join, and neither on singleplayer.

Strangely, there are no errors in my console or the server's console.

I have noticed, however, that this problem does not appear when there are more than ~10 people on the server.

I haven't changed anything major recently. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
