[CS:GO] Server Not Showing Up In List

My CSGO server seems to not show up on the server list.
The API returns true:

sv_region is set to 0. I tried setting it to -1 and 255, both had no effect.

Can You you verify that people can in fact connect to your server. if they can't then there is a problem with port forwarding, and if they can sometimes you have to wait (i think it was max 2 weeks) for the server to be added to the list.

Yes, players can connect to the server. The server is run off a VPS and I am able to connect to it.

The server also shows up in GameTracker and in my favourites.
