Server Not Responding [GMOD]

Hello everyone;
I recently tried to open a server with SRCDS to Garry's Mod 13 but my friends cant join the server! It says "Server not responding." to them.
I guess it is because of the ports i opened. I am going to leave photos of my ports so you can detect the problem. I hope that you guys can help me. Thanks!
