"!weapons" problem

when that i start my "run.bat" (that my server) so its loading things
and after it its load something that show me that txt "!weapons" and when i click Confrim its loading again the server and shows me again the "!weapons"
they say its on gamemodes/terrortown/gamemode

I think you misunderstood something really much. That's not even normal that a txt got created. I'll need some more informations about your problem before I actually can guide you to do anything.
