Ok, so when I try to run start.bat, it says "tier0.dll is missing from your computer. What do I do? Please help! Sad

Ok,so I found it but now it says "The procedure entry point ?WaitForCreateComplete@CThread@@MAE_NPAVCTreadEvent@@@Z could not be located in the dynamic link library tier0.dll. HELP PLZ Sad
