Team Fortress 2 Server Port Problem

I have recently set-up a Team Fortress 2 server and I am am to join it fine on LAN but as soon as I change the port to something other than 27015 it will not show up on the LAN or the Server Browser even thow the port has been forwarded that it has been changed to. Does anyone know why this is happening?

Strange i recently had the same problem on one of my vps servers i would love too for someone that knows to reply to this.
