SRCDS for older versions of the game

[whatever]

Hi all,

TL;DR:
Is there any way to host a dedicated server for an older version of l4d2 game (2.1.0.7)? How can I set-up one from scratch?

Thanks in advance.

Longer story:
So there is a cyber-cafe where we plan to throw a L4D2 LAN party, and we need ProMOD for it. However only older versions of the game are installed there (2.1.0.7), so we cant host the latest version of SDS. Could you advice something? Please assume we cant update the client side (the game version). (We actually dont have admin rights there)
