FastDL: Missing Map

Hello,

I am trying to get my FastDL to work, but my luck is out of date.

This is my settings on Server.cfg

sv_downloadurl "http://turtle-gaming.com/tf/"
sv_allowdownload "1"
net_maxfilesize "99"

I use Windows Server 2008 to run my TF2 Server.

Seems to be something about when you click on the file link http://turtle-gaming.com/tf/maps/ you will come to a side who should the 404 error.
