Problem with FastDL

So I've been trying to get this to work for awhile, scouring every web page I could find connected to FastDL and I still get the infamous error message.

Server OS: Windows 7 Ultimate
Processor: Intel i5-4570 @ 3.20GHZ
Ram: 8GB
Game(s): Tf2
Start Up Command: "tf2\srcds.exe -console -game tf -num_edicts 2047 +sv_pure 2 +map ultiduo_baloo +maxplayers 12 -port 27015"
Admin Mods: SourceMod, MetaMod


I have my webserver setup like this at the moment:

http://robertsalatka.com/tf2/tf/maps/

With the map being played located in /maps

Server config has

sv_downloadurl "http://robertsalatka.com/tf2/tf/maps/"
sv_allowdownload 1
sv_allowupload 1
net_maxfilesize 64

I have also tried changing the web server to hold the files in just RobertSalatka.com/maps and changing the server config to that.

The only solution I could not test, because it wouldn't work is that someone said editing the downloadslist file and changing the text in there to match up to my web server would work. When I attempt to change the text in that file, and then start the server up, it automatically rewrites that text file back to its original state.

Alright, I did that but it didn't work so I dug a little deeper and found the problem.

The URL was setup wrong.

On the website it needed to be http://robertsalatka.com/tf/ and in that folder a maps folder and then the maps in there. That fixed the issue.
