L4D2 server cfg error

so i get the exec: couldnt exec server.cfg and its in the right folder.

and i think its because its saved as a .txt file but it doesnt say that and if it is how so i save it so that it is not, i tried saving it as all files.

Make a txt doc using note pad Copy and past the stuff u had in the other one.
Now save as
name: Server.cfg
Type: other
Now it should work if not remove the .CFG from the file name.
If it doesn't work still i can send you mine
