This problem has been here since the Steampipe update, but today it's 100% refusing to load my servers now. I run Windows Server 2008 and when trying to load a TF2 server, it loads it up and then gets to Initializing Steam libraries for secure Internet server where it just hangs and eventually crashes. I've followed the advice in this thread by the Valve employee but it hasn't resolved the problem.
Why is this happening? And why today is it refusing to boot them at all? Usually I can restart SRCDS a few times and it will eventually load but not today.
